Final Sale Policy

All items are final sale. This means that once your order is placed, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped) or the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you believe your item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us immediately at hello@shopmiafleur.com with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos (if applicable)

We will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Depending on availability, you may be offered a replacement (exchange) or a refund.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are only available if the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.
  • Process: Once approved, we will provide instructions to return the original item (when necessary) and will ship out a replacement at no additional cost.
  • If a replacement is not available: We may offer a refund instead, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: We only issue refunds if there is an error on our part or the product is damaged/defective and a suitable replacement is unavailable.
  • Process:
    1. Contact Us at hello@shopmiafleur.com with the required details (order number, photos, etc.).
    2. We will assess your case and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item (when necessary).
    3. Once returned items are received and inspected (when required), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still have not received your refund, please contact us again at hello@shopmiafleur.com.
