How do I best take care of my socks?
Washing Instructions: Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Avoid washing socks with Velcro fasteners.
For best results, wash inside out and hang dry. If possible, wash in a mesh bag to avoid rubbing with other products that could damage the fabric i.e. items with Velcro fasteners.
What is your processing & delivery time?
Your order will be processed with utmost care and ready to ship within 2-4 business days.

Do you accept returns?
All items are final sale. Unless there is a mistake on our part, we do not accept returns.
What do I do if my package is stolen?
We strive to provide our customers with a hassle-free shopping experience. However, once your order has been handed over to the United States Postal Service (USPS) for delivery, MIA FLEUR LLC relinquishes control and responsibility for any potential loss, theft, or misplacement of packages. Thus, placing an order with MIA FLEUR LLC demonstrates that the customer has an understanding of, agrees with, and will follow this policy.
In cases of missing or stolen packages, we recommend reaching out to USPS for assistance regarding the status or location of your package. We understand the importance of your purchase and will do our best to support you, our customer, in assisting in resolving any issues within our control.
Can I change something about my order and/or cancel it?
If you would like to request a change regarding your order before it is shipped out, please reach out to us via our contact form on our website. We will do our best to accommodate your changes to your order. No cancellations are allowed at this time.
However, once your order is shipped, no changes can be made, including the item(s), and/or personal information. So please be sure of your size, color, and make sure to provide the correct address before placing an order.
If it is a mistake on our end, we can only offer a replacement item based on the availability of the product.
